Q. Does my order come with a lid?
A. Yes, all orders with come with a clear UV resistant lid and matching display stand.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. All items are made to order and may take up to 12 days to ship. There will be times were orders are ready to go as soon as they're paid, but it will vary.
Q. Where are you shipping from and do you offer local pickup?
A. I am shipping from Southern California, US. and I currently do not offer local pickup.
Q. I've seen a specific color of filament, can you print it in this color?
A. For the most part yes, check out our Commissions Page
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Currently I do not accept returns but if you are not 100% satisfied with your order due to color, we can switch it for another color at no extra charge.
Q. Can I modify/cancel my order?
A. If the order has been printed, you will not be able to modify or cancel it.
Return Policy
As mentioned above, returns are currently not accepted but accommodations can be made if you are no 100% satisfied with your order.
Evo Designs will not be responsible for any damages due to courier mishandling. If damages should occur, we will work with you to dispute it with the courier.
All commission based orders cannot be refunded or exchanged, no exceptions.
About Us
Artisan Cases
All artisan cases are manufactured via Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). These cases are lightweight biodegradable PLA, and perfect for anyone just joining the hobby and looking for a case to display their collection. With over 100 combinations between sizes and colors, Evo Designs has a case that will meet your needs and if we don't, feel free to inquire about a commission-based case that will be custom made just for you.
About Evo Designs
EvoBoxes started off as a one off case that I designed and printed for myself. As time went on, some members of the community really liked the idea of having a custom sized case with good quality. Since then, I have fulfilled over 250 orders with the help of 2 printers. As I expand, I hope to add in a couple more printers and a laser cutter to meet the demand of new and existing customers.
